Local of the week: Stockholm

Hi all! Meet Andreas Dienert, a 41 year old photographer living in Södermalm, Stockholm. He insists on sharing his secrets with you all…
So, your best kept Stockholm secret. What is it?
First of all I think you should experience Stockholm on a bike. Stockholm is small. If you want to hang around locals and get away from the tourist parts, bike to Årstaviken, take a sip of some fresh squeezed juice and listen to nice reggae a la Byron Bay-style.
Nice! What would you do if you only had 24 hours in the city?
I would start the day hiring a bike, of course, and go to the café Vurma at Hornstull for breakfast. Then I would park the bicycle and take Saltsjöbanan from Slussen to Saltsjöbaden to get a taste of the Stockholm archipelago. Heading back two hours later I would bike around Djurgården and have a lunch at Djurgårdsbrunn. Maybe go up to Kaknästornet to view Stockholm from above. Then I would probably be quite tired…
Haha. Probably. How would you end your day?
Mmm, I would have a drink at Morfar Ginko, my dinner at Dado, definitely visit club Fasching for some cool jazz and then head back to the hotel where I would stay at Clarion in Skanstull.
Wow, thanks! Cheers!
